We are an independent speaking up group of adults with a learning disability in the Weymouth, Dorset area who meet up at least once a month to talk about things that are important to us.  We also have social events and like making films to help people with disabilities everywhere.  We started in the group in October 1999.

2010 was an exciting year for us!!!  A few months we finished making an awareness film about access and would like to thank the Community Foundation for Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole for the Grassroots Grant that make the film possible!  We had a film premiere night in October at the Hotel Rembrandt in Weymouth.  Lots of people came.  In September we went to Seaton in Devon on a coach for our annual outing.  We went on the tram through the countryside and ended up at Colyton.  This year we will be talking about making more films which we can do a bit of acting in.  We had a late Christmas party in February at the Springfield Social Club.
